LMHC, 7 years of experience
New to Grow
You’re taking the first step toward meaningful, lasting change, and that’s something to be proud of. I’m here to support you with warmth, compassion, and care. I work with couples who want to reconnect, heal from infidelity, improve intimacy, or strengthen communication. I also support individuals facing anxiety, depression, or major life changes. Together, we’ll create a safe space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you move toward the life and relationships you truly want.
In our first session, my goal is to get a clear understanding of what brings you to therapy and what your main concerns are. I’ll walk you through the therapeutic process, answer any questions you have, and talk about how we can work together toward your goals. It’s also a chance for you to get to know me and see if I feel like the right fit for you, because feeling comfortable and supported is key to the work we’ll do together.
My greatest strength as a therapist is my ability to integrate empathy, insight, and practical strategies to help clients achieve meaningful change. With experience in individual, vocational, couples, and family therapy, I provide comprehensive support to clients navigating a wide range of concerns. In individual therapy, I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and life transitions through evidence-based interventions and a collaborative, strengths-based approach. I also help couples and families improve communication, deepen connection, and resolve conflict. Across all settings, I bring a balanced style that combines emotional attunement with solution-focused strategies to foster growth, resilience, and lasting positive change.
Are you a couple feeling distant, struggling with infidelity, intimacy, or communication challenges? You're not alone, and healing is possible. I help partners rebuild trust, reconnect emotionally, and develop the skills needed for honest communication, safety, and healthy compromise. Are you an individual navigating anxiety, depression, or a major life transition? I’m here to support you, too. Together, we’ll build the tools you need to manage overwhelming emotions, strengthen your resilience, and move through life’s challenges without losing sight of who you are.
I have been utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for the past seven years to support clients in achieving their personal and therapeutic goals. In my practice, I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier perspectives, and build effective coping skills. I often incorporate cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and thought records to increase self-awareness and promote positive behavioral change. CBT has been especially effective in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related concerns, as well as improving communication and emotional regulation. My approach is collaborative and goal-oriented, ensuring that clients feel empowered and actively engaged in their growth process.
I have been utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for the past seven years to help clients build emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. In my practice, I integrate DBT principles to support clients in managing intense emotions, reducing impulsive behaviors, and improving relationships. I often incorporate mindfulness exercises, chain analysis, and diary cards to help clients increase awareness of triggers and apply coping strategies in real time. DBT’s balance of acceptance and change aligns well with my therapeutic approach, allowing clients to feel validated while actively working toward personal growth and stability.
