My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my practice, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) by helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. I use evidence-based techniques such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and skills training to promote more adaptive coping strategies. This approach is especially effective for managing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, as it empowers clients to take an active role in their healing by understanding the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and actions.
