LCSW, 12 years of experience
New to Grow
Feeling anxious, depressed, or stressed? Confused, lost, or stuck? You don’t have to face it alone. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges and transitions by providing compassionate therapy tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, LGBTQ+ topics, relationship concerns, or work issues, we can explore coping strategies to support your mental health and well-being.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting working relationship. I’ll ask questions to understand what brings you to therapy, your goals, and your relevant background. You're welcome to share at your own pace, and there’s no pressure to tell your whole story right away. We’ll also talk about what future sessions might look like and answer any questions. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clear about the next steps.
My greatest strengths are creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space and working collaboratively to help you find clarity and direction. I focus on practical, solution-oriented strategies while also holding space for the deeper emotions that may arise. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely heard and appreciated for who they are. I aim to bring a balance of empathy, honesty, and encouragement to each session, helping you build on your strengths and move forward with confidence.
I’m best positioned to support adults seeking greater balance, insight, and resilience in their everyday lives. I work well with individuals who want a supportive setting to reflect on where they are, clarify where they want to go, and move forward with greater peace and purpose.
My style is eclectic, informed by evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Problem-Solving Therapy (PST), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), while using a person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach.
