I have been a mental health provider for 13 years. I have extensive experience working with people who have suffered trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. Together we can set goals to help you on your healing journey. I also work with young adults who are in need of help with life transitions whether it be from high school to college/workforce and beyond. I am also a TBRI practitioner and love working with parents who may need a few extra tools to work with their children’s behaviors. I have a passion for helping others heal their mind to live a well-balanced life. I look forward to working with you.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I will ask many questions to get to know you better and you will have the opportunity to share as much information as you deem necessary for me to help you. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a compassionate person who strives to build good relationships with my clients. I look at the whole person to create treatment goals that are attainable for my clients. I also pride myself in being able to help clients open up about their stressors through patience and the will to keep persevering. With this said I have a strong passion to problem solve along side my clients and help them generate healthy solutions to the problems they face.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I have a passion for helping young professionals meet their goals during times of major transition in their lives. My clients are eager to improve their well-being but need the tools necessary to do so. My clients are willing to be vulnerable in their counseling sessions, in an effort to dig deep and do the hard work it takes to heal.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I believe therapy is driven by the client's insights into their personal experiences. By using CBT I am able to help clients challenge their thoughts and work toward improving their overall well-being.
