What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first sessions we will get to know each other, we will identify the core issues that brought you into therapy (together) and plan some goals and interventions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Most of my clients state that I am approachable, warm, understanding and professional.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with individuals as well as couples. Many of my clients are young working professionals just starting out and building their careers. Others are working through life stages and changes such as becoming new parents, retiring or the death of a spouse. I have a full time job in which I work as a first responder. I find that many first responders do not have someone to talk to about the stressors and trauma they see on the job. I like working with couples to strengthen their marriages and in some cases help them avoid divorce. All in All people are people, I enjoy helping them reach their full potential and become self-actualized.
