I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who helps adults and young adults manage anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who integrates EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and CBT to help clients move from survival to growth. I work best with clients who want to understand themselves more deeply, heal from the past, and take active steps toward meaningful change in their relationships and daily life.
The first session is simply a conversation. You can share what’s been weighing on you and what you’d like to change, and I’ll listen without judgment. We’ll explore what feels most important right now and discuss ways I can support you. My goal is for you to walk away feeling heard, supported, and a little more hopeful about the path ahead.
I combine evidence-based methods with a compassionate, down-to-earth style. I use EMDR to release what’s been holding you back, ACT to help you accept and move through discomfort, and CBT to reshape unhelpful thinking patterns. Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling lighter, more self-aware, and more confident handling life’s stressors.
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, and trauma, helping them learn to regulate emotions, release old patterns, and reconnect with who they are beyond fear and guilt. My ideal clients are ready to explore, grow, and live with more ease and authenticity.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients feel less controlled by their anxiety and more connected to what truly matters in life. Together, we’ll practice accepting your thoughts and emotions without judgment and take small, meaningful steps toward the life you want, even when things feel hard.
I use EMDR therapy to help clients let go of painful memories and beliefs that keep them stuck. Together, we’ll create a safe space to process the past and strengthen positive beliefs about yourself so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
