(she/her)
I am a licensed mental health professional with several years of experience working with individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transitions. My goal is to create a supportive and safe environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their healing process. I employ evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, and person-centered therapy, to help individuals gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be holding them back and develop practical strategies to improve their overall well-being. I am committed to meeting each client where they are and guiding them toward meaningful, lasting change at their own pace.
In the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where they are encouraged to share what brings them to therapy at their own pace. I will begin by gathering background information to understand better their concerns, personal history, and treatment goals. This session is also an opportunity for clients to ask questions about the therapeutic process and for us to begin building a strong, collaborative relationship. My focus is on creating a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together to explore the path forward.
As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients through empathy, active listening, and nonjudgmental support. I am skilled at creating a safe and welcoming environment where individuals feel comfortable being open and vulnerable. My clinical approach is thoughtful and adaptable, allowing me to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs and goals. I bring consistency, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping others grow, heal, and build the tools they need to navigate life more confidently.
I am best positioned to serve individuals who are navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, and major life transitions. I work well with clients who are ready to explore their thoughts and emotions, even if they’re feeling uncertain or overwhelmed at the start. I especially support those who may struggle with managing daily stress, building healthy relationships, or making sense of past experiences that continue to impact their present. My approach is compassionate, structured, and adaptable, ideal for clients who are looking for a safe space to grow, develop coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal goals.

I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support individuals in understanding how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. In my practice, I use CBT to help clients recognize and challenge unhelpful thinking patterns that contribute to emotional difficulties. Through guided exploration, I work with clients to reframe negative thoughts and develop more balanced and constructive perspectives. I also incorporate goal-setting and practical exercises between sessions to reinforce new coping strategies and promote long-term change. This approach is particularly effective for individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and stress-related concerns.
