In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming environment where they are encouraged to share what brings them to therapy at their own pace. I will begin by gathering background information to understand better their concerns, personal history, and treatment goals. This session is also an opportunity for clients to ask questions about the therapeutic process and for us to begin building a strong, collaborative relationship. My focus is on creating a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported as we work together to explore the path forward.

As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients through empathy, active listening, and nonjudgmental support. I am skilled at creating a safe and welcoming environment where individuals feel comfortable being open and vulnerable. My clinical approach is thoughtful and adaptable, allowing me to meet clients where they are and tailor treatment to their unique needs and goals. I bring consistency, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping others grow, heal, and build the tools they need to navigate life more confidently.

Fatina is simply amazing as she created a calm and welcoming environment. She listens, understands, and provides an atmosphere where you feel comfortable, assists with suggestions but in a way that allowed me to direct my feelings, thoughts, and emotions. I'm a very private person, however the session was exactly what I needed and excited to continue with Fatina.
