(she/her)
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in New Jersey. I received my Master's degree from Caldwell University and have been practicing for 7 years. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in various settings. I currently work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress-management, and self-discovery. My goal is to provide a supportive and safe environment for clients to create positive change, gain self-awareness, and lead a more balanced, fulfilling life.
In the first session, we will complete an intake and level-of-care assessment to help ensure that clients are receiving the appropriate care and that I am the right provider for them. We will discuss the client's reasons for attending therapy and the goals that they hope to achieve.
I provide a comfortable and open-minded space for clients to share their thoughts and feelings without judgment. I use humor to help client's feel at ease and genuineness to allow clients to feel safe to explore who they are and who they want to be.
I enjoy working with clients who are looking for a non-judgmental space to explore their innermost thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; clients who are willing to put in the work not only within the session, but outside of it as well.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients with anxiety, depression, communication issues, stress-management, and self-discovery.
I use Person-centered therapy to offer a supportive and flexible framework to ensure that each session is tailored to the client's unique needs and experiences.
I use Psychodynamic therapy to enhance clients' self-awareness, promote insight, identify patterns, and explore underlying issues.
