I’ve been using CBT in my practice for many years, and it’s helped countless clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage anxiety. Together, we’ll use CBT to understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence one another. From there, we’ll work on shifting unhelpful thinking patterns so you can feel more grounded, relaxed, and in control.
