I am a family and marriage therapist who sees healing as a sacred journey, one that moves beyond surviving toward truly thriving. I work with individuals carrying the weight of trauma, grief, anxiety, life changes, and relationship struggles. I create a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and share your story without judgment. Together, we cultivate insight, develop practical tools, and nurture healing in ways that honor both personal identity and cultural heritage

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed by anxiety, repeating the same relationship patterns, or disconnect from themselves and those they care about. Therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or rushed. I offer safe, supportive and collaborative space where you feel heard, seen, respected, and empowered to move forward at your own pace. Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and structured, helping clients gain clarity, strengthen relationships, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with what matters most.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What makes me unique is that I really take time to understand the whole person sitting in front of me. Our culture, faith, family dynamics, and identity deeply shape how we experience stress, conflict, and healing — and I don’t overlook that. My work is trauma-informed and culturally responsive, but more than anything, it’s relational. I want clients to feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. By blending evidence-based practices with deep curiosity and compassion, I help clients make sense of their experiences and move toward healthier relationships and greater emotional steadiness.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I primarily support adults and couples experiencing: • Communication breakdowns and relationship stress • Anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and burnout • Trauma-related symptoms and life transitions • Grief, loss, and identity shifts

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I often utilize Mindful Action Plan (ACT) a mindfulness-based intervention which I easily integrate with trauma informed care; informed by Family systems promoting individual psychological flexibility for consistent progression of daily functioning.

Motivational Interviewing

I use MI along with Narrative at Intakes and follow up psychotherapy sessions for building rapport, and empower clients to tell their story in safe, supportive space where they are seen, heard and understood without judgement.
