Khalilah has been my therapist ~3 yrs. I could write pages about how amazing she is, but will leave you with the highlights since I am limited. Khalilah meets you exactly where you are and will patiently walk with you through your journey to get you where you want to be. She is relatable & compassionate, but will also challenge you when appropriate. Khalilah has been the most instrumental part of my healing process - especially the parts of me that I didn't realize needed healing on my own.

She really brought to my attention a different angle to therapy . It’s not just about coping mechanisms and worksheets but really figuring out the “WHY” behind your actions, feelings and motives. Honestly sitting in that “ Why” and understanding it, could help heal & recover from trauma instead of allowing it to sit in your sub conscious & dictate you even more! So grateful for today’s session, it really opened my eyes to more!
