These different life changes may be normal, necessary transitions, but at times can be very overwhelming and challenging to manage. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in maternal mental health, life transitions, relational conflicts, and parenting. I aim to build an empathic and understanding relationship with women and families struggling with postpartum depression, separation or divorce, and parenting. I am bilingual in English and Vietnamese.

While I am here to gently guide you toward insight and growth, I believe in a collaborative and supportive approach in my therapeutic relationship. I am committed to providing a safe environment to uncover underlying barriers preventing you from achieving a more meaningful and fulfilling life.

Ideal clients
Like most parents, I had expectations of parenthood...however, I found myself completely lost and ill-equipped to manage the multitude of uncertainties and emotions parenting. I can empathize with the emotional stress of trying to balance helping my children navigate life’s challenges while trying to maintain my own emotional well-being.
