Have you just ended or started a relationship, career path and feel unsure of the decision? Have you just had a baby and feel completely lost? Are you struggling to help your child with life's challenges? All of us have experienced one, if not all of these life transitions. These different life changes may be normal, necessary transitions, but at times can be very overwhelming and challenging to manage. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in maternal mental health, life transitions, relational conflicts, and parenting. I aim to build an empathic and understanding relationship with women and families struggling with postpartum depression, separation or divorce, and parenting. I am bilingual in English and Vietnamese.
While I am here to gently guide you toward insight and growth, I believe in a collaborative and supportive approach in my therapeutic relationship. I am committed to providing a safe environment to uncover underlying barriers preventing you from achieving a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
With over 15 years of experience, my goal in therapy is to help you feel safe and comfortable using an open-minded, warm, supportive and empowering style as we work together in your journey of healing.
Like most parents, I had expectations of parenthood...however, I found myself completely lost and ill-equipped to manage the multitude of uncertainties and emotions parenting. I can empathize with the emotional stress of trying to balance helping my children navigate life’s challenges while trying to maintain my own emotional well-being.

I just had my first postpartum session and it was such a relief. Hayley helped me identify the intrusive thoughts I’ve been struggling with and reminded me that I am enough—something I really needed to hear. She encouraged me to prioritize myself, which felt validating and empowering as a mom. I left the session feeling supported, understood, and more hopeful. I’m so grateful I found her.

I had a great first session! I really appreciated the questions Hayley asked and the things she suggested thinking about to help with my grief. I left the session feeling better and feeling relieved.

Hayley made me feel heard, and was welcoming of everything I had to share. She pointed me to some ideas and options, while confirming I can still feel what I feel.
