I’m a licensed psychotherapist who helps children, teens, adults, and families navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. I support clients with concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, behavioral challenges, and relationship stress. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical — whether we’re working one-on-one or strengthening family connections, I focus on helping you feel understood, build resilience, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, understanding your concerns, and setting goals for therapy. I’ll ask questions about what’s been going on, your history, and what you hope to achieve. You’ll have space to share at your own pace, and I’ll explain how I work so you know what to expect moving forward. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer picture of your needs and a plan for our next steps together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to combine evidence-based methods with a warm, engaging style that meets clients where they are. I draw from a range of approaches, including CBT, Child–Parent Psychotherapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy, to help clients not only understand their emotions but also practice new skills that improve daily life. I’m skilled at creating a safe, judgment-free space where children, teens, adults, and parents feel heard, understood, and supported. My clients appreciate that I balance compassion with practical tools, helping them make real, lasting changes in their relationships, emotional health, and overall well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives and relationships. My ideal clients may be children, teens, adults, or parents who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, behavioral struggles, or family stress. Many are looking to better understand themselves or their loved ones, improve communication, and build healthier coping skills. Whether you’re a parent wanting to strengthen your connection with your child, or an individual seeking tools to manage emotions and create a more balanced life, I provide a safe, supportive space to help you move forward.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. In sessions, we work together to identify unhelpful patterns, develop healthier coping skills, and practice strategies that create lasting change. My approach is active, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s needs — whether we’re addressing anxiety, depression, outbursts, improving communication, or building emotional resilience.

Child Parent Psychotherapy

I use Child–Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to strengthen the relationship between a child and their parent or caregiver, helping both feel more connected, understood, and supported. Through play, conversation, and guided activities, I help families process challenges, improve communication, and build a sense of safety and trust. This approach is especially helpful for addressing behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, and the impact of stress or trauma in young children.

Attachment-based

I use Attachment-Based Therapy to help clients understand and heal the patterns that shape their relationships. By exploring early experiences and building a safe, supportive connection in therapy, I help individuals and families strengthen trust, improve emotional bonds, and develop healthier ways of relating to others.
