I am a licensed clinical social worker in Alabama with a master’s degree in counseling and a master's of social work. I work with young adults and older adults and help clients create positive change by shifting thoughts, building coping skills, and practicing mindfulness and relaxation. My approach focuses on empowerment, encouragement, having a safe space for expression, and compassionate support to build confidence and lasting growth.
In our first session, I will gather information to serve you better. My goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to change. I’ll ask more thoughtful questions better to understand your needs, strengths, and priorities. Together, we’ll set clear, realistic short- and long-term goals, and I’ll explain my approach so you know what to expect. By the end of the session, I hope you feel supported, encouraged, and confident that we can work together toward meaningful change.
My approach focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. Listening with care and without judgment is the foundation of healing. Feeling validated helps people gain clarity and begin meaningful change. I use a collaborative, strengths-based, client-centered approach to help you recognize and use your own abilities to grow. Together, we set clear short-term and long-term goals that support both immediate relief and lasting growth. I emphasize encouragement and empowerment, helping you build confidence, coping skills, and resilience so you can create positive change and live a more balanced, authentic life.
I work best with clients who are motivated, engaged, and open to growth. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where you can share openly, explore challenges without judgment, and learn tools for meaningful change. I support individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, grief, or personal growth. My approach blends empathetic listening with practical strategies to build coping skills, confidence, and a healthier mindset. I also help clients who feel stuck or overwhelmed gain clarity, set achievable goals, and move forward at their own pace. My goal is to listen deeply, validate your experience, and partner with you in creating lasting growth.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients recognize how their thoughts influence their emotions and behaviors. Together, we build practical skills to create healthier thinking patterns and more effective ways of coping with life's challenges.
Cognitive Processing (CPT)
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) helps people heal from trauma by changing unhelpful thoughts that keep them feeling stuck. As they learn to see the trauma in a healthier, more balanced way, they often experience less anxiety, guilt, shame, and fear, making it easier to move forward with their lives. CPT is a form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Trained by Dr. Chard, one of the Co-Developers.
Strength-Based
Recognizing your strengths is a powerful way to build self-esteem and feel more empowered. It helps you see your abilities, gain confidence, and use your resources to overcome challenges and create positive change.
Supportive
Having a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk is incredibly important for personal growth. When you feel truly heard and understood without fear of judgment, it becomes easier to explore your thoughts and feelings, work through challenges, and gain clarity. This kind of supportive environment can help you build confidence, make positive changes, and improve your overall well-being.

This website only allowed me to pick two adjectives for Tiffany, but she is so many more. Not only is she empowering and humorous, she is open-minded, solution oriented, direct, intelligent, and warm. She has been so good for me. She is very relatable. She makes sure to share with me so that I see that I am not alone in my feelings and day to day challenges. She's an awesome pick. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Tiffany for being so amazing!
