In our first session together, we will start with introductions and a brief discussion of aspects of your wellness that are challenging; this helps with developing a treatment plan.
My strengths as a therapist include teaching skills to overcome past traumas and current difficulties in your wellness.

I am DBT and CCTP certified, which means that I focus on mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness skills, and trauma. I have found that these core areas help to reduce distress in several aspects of wellness when applied.

She doesn’t just listen.. she understands. She meets me exactly where I am, every single time, and somehow turns my tangled thoughts into something that actually makes sense. She creates a space that feels safe in a way I didn’t even know I needed. She never judges, never rushes me, and always knows when to challenge me and when to just let me breathe. I am never going to another therapist, because I already have the best one there is!
