(she/her)
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Florida with a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Walden University. Since 2014, I have worked with adolescents through older adults, supporting individuals as they navigate life stressors, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relational challenges. My passion is helping clients build resilience, heal from past experiences, and develop the tools needed to adapt to both internal and external pressures.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and creating a safe, supportive space for you to share what brought you to therapy. I will complete a thorough clinical evaluation to better understand your unique challenges and experiences, which will help me identify how my skills can best support you. Together, we’ll explore your goals, discuss treatment options, and begin shaping a plan that feels right for you—one that guides you toward the outcomes and growth you’re seeking.
What sets my therapeutic approach apart is my commitment to providing compassionate, client-focused care that honors each person’s unique story. Drawing from a trauma-informed perspective, I work to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered. I am goal-driven and collaborate closely with clients to identify and work toward the personal goals that matter most to them. This balance of compassion, practical skills, and focused direction helps clients navigate challenges while fostering meaningful and lasting growth.
I am best positioned to serve adults who find themselves feeling overwhelmed by life’s unexpected challenges and transitions. Whether you are struggling with sadness, worry, confusion, anger, or disappointment, I understand how these experiences can disrupt your sense of stability and create emotional chaos. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can gain insight, learn practical tools, and develop strategies to reduce these symptoms. Together, we can work toward building resilience, fostering adaptability, and helping you move forward with greater clarity and balance.
