New to Grow
I’m Dr. Jessica Hughes, founder of Conscious Reflections Therapy, where I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges, heal from trauma, and build healthier relationships. I serve clients who are seeking a safe, supportive space to process their experiences and develop tools for lasting emotional wellness. My goal is to empower you with strategies that foster resilience, clarity, and balance so you can move forward with confidence and peace.
In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to better understand your story, but there’s no pressure — you can share only what feels comfortable. By the end of our session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how therapy works, the approach we’ll take, and the first steps we can begin toward your healing and growth. My goal is for you to leave that first meeting feeling heard, supported, and hopeful.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to blend compassion with evidence-based strategies, helping clients feel both supported and empowered to make real change. My background in prevention science and trauma recovery gives me a deep understanding of how past experiences shape present struggles, and how healing is possible with the right tools. I’m skilled at meeting clients where they are — creating a safe, nonjudgmental space while also challenging them to break free from old patterns and move toward growth. Clients often share that my balance of warmth, insight, and practical strategies helps them gain clarity, build resilience, and create lasting transformation in their lives.
I’m best positioned to serve clients who feel weighed down by past trauma, ongoing stress, or life transitions that have left them feeling stuck. Many of my clients are motivated to heal, but they’re unsure how to break old patterns or move beyond survival mode. They often share a deep desire to reclaim their voice, strengthen their relationships, and build a healthier balance between mind, body, and spirit. If you’re ready to do the inner work, challenge self-sabotaging cycles, and move toward a life of peace and purpose, I provide the tools, guidance, and safe space to help you get there.
