New to Grow
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I offer a compassionate space where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Using DBT-informed skills, parts work, and insight-oriented reflection, we’ll work together to help you better understand yourself, manage emotions with more ease, and build the tools you need to create a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling. I work with many people struggling in relationship difficulties, anxiety, and depression. During our session we explore the root of the emotional issues, and plan for decreasing symptoms that can help you achieve things in your life you have been wanting for.
In our first session, I like to hear from the client what has been bothering them, and what do they want instead. We gather a history to begin creating a plan to achieve their goals.
I am client centered, curious, and accepting. I can find the underlying issues contributing to difficult symptoms and help create a plan towards healing those things.
I love meeting clients who want to feel better and willing to take the time to explore to find solutions to accomplish their goals.
