New to Grow
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in attachment-based and solution-focused brief therapy with individuals and couples. My clinical work centers on helping clients understand how early experiences shape current emotional and relational patterns, while supporting them in developing practical strategies for change. I strive to create a structured, goal-oriented, and supportive environment that fosters growth, resilience, and secure connection.
In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get to know your story, patterns, and goals—but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Together, we’ll begin to identify what’s working, what feels hard, and how we can create a plan that feels clear and manageable. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling seen, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
Clients often describe my approach as warm, grounded, and insightful. I have a strong ability to identify relational patterns quickly and help clients understand the “why” behind their emotions and behaviors. By combining attachment-based insight with solution-focused strategies, I help individuals and couples move from awareness to action—strengthening communication, emotional balance, and connection. My greatest strength is creating a space where clients feel both safe and challenged to grow.
You may be noticing patterns in love, communication, or trust that you’re ready to change. I work with individuals and couples who want to understand how past experiences shape their current relationships and emotions. Together, we’ll strengthen communication, build emotional safety, and create healthier, more secure connections that support lasting growth.
I use attachment-based treatment to assess and address patterns of connection formed through early relationships. This method helps clients understand how attachment styles influence emotional regulation, trust, and relational dynamics. In practice, I focus on creating a consistent, supportive therapeutic relationship that promotes safety, insight, and lasting change in how clients relate to themselves and others.
In my work with couples, I use attachment-based treatment to help partners understand how their early attachment experiences shape current patterns of communication, trust, and emotional connection. This approach allows me to identify reactive cycles and unmet attachment needs that often underlie conflict. By fostering emotional safety and promoting secure attachment behaviors, I guide couples toward greater empathy, vulnerability, and relational stability.
In my work with individuals and couples, I integrate attachment-based treatment with solution-focused brief therapy to promote insight and lasting change. Using an attachment lens, I help clients understand how early experiences shape emotional patterns and relationship dynamics. Through SFBT techniques, I guide clients in identifying strengths, setting achievable goals, and building practical solutions. This combined approach supports emotional safety, improved communication, and the development of secure, healthy connections in a brief and focused therapeutic framework.
