Whether your challenges are new or familiar, as a counselor, art therapist, and holistic health coach, I'll help you break old patterns, shift your mindset, and find more ease in life. I also enjoy supporting helping professionals and caregivers to prioritize self-care. Complementary to talk therapy, making art in a therapy session gives us another layer of communication to help you process and understand complex emotions and experiences. Since self-care is such a crucial component of overall wellbeing, we can also work on establishing a healthier lifestyle by finding new ways to relax, feel energized, and manage stress. My approach is collaborative, with the understanding that you are the expert in your own life. I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to be present; to share as much as you feel comfortable with, and I will support you to take care of yourself and create the life you want.
During our first session, you will have an opportunity to begin exploring what brings you to therapy and what you are seeking from the experience, and I will be open to answering any questions you may have about my approach to be sure we are a good fit to work together. We will also discuss logistics such as scheduling and the process of therapy.
I thrive in helping my clients through major life transitions such as becoming a parent, adjusting to life in college or young adulthood, and learning to balance a busy career with other aspects of life. I also enjoy working with other helping professionals and caregivers by supporting them to find ways to prioritize taking care of themselves.

I draw from several holistic, creative, person-centered therapeutic techniques to best suit each individual client. These include Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Approach, and Holistic Health Coaching.
