About me

I am a fully- licensed therapist in FL who is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges and create meaningful change in their lives. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood, and I integrate various evidence-based approaches, tailored to client's needs to help clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, I focus on creating a safe and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We will talk about your goals, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I’ll ask detailed questions to get to know you better, while also giving you space to guide the conversation. Together, we will begin to create a plan tailored to your needs, so you leave the session with a sense of clarity and direction.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths as a therapist include my ability to build genuine connections with clients and translate clinical approaches into practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life. I have trained in various clinical environments including inpatient/hospital settings, private practice, community care, and correctional care. In addition to my clinical work, I am involved in clinical research and am active in the mental health community. I train and mentor other clinicians and provide trainings on mental health topics to physicians and other professionals. This experience enhances my clinical perspective and allows me to bring both expertise and insight into therapy. Clients report feeling supported while also challenged in ways that foster growth and lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I often work with clients who are ready to make changes but may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to begin. Many of my clients are managing stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, or life transitions and want to feel more balanced, confident, and connected. My ideal clients value growth and are open to building practical tools they can use both inside and outside of therapy.
