Client and therapist can understand each other and build trust in one another. Client can also understand what she can expect from the therapy sessions.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Depending on your issues we may use the tools, but the most often used method in my therapy session is, cognitive behavior therapy, a solution focussed therapy and a strength-based approach. relaxation method, yoga etc.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I'm good at working with people with anxiety, depression, sleeping issues, domestic violence, and couples issues. Adjustment issues, relationship , educating social skills and life skills. Also work with people who have low self image building their self worth and value. Helping people to build boundaries and addressing childhood trauma. I am exceptionally good at working with adults lacking orientation or goal.
