Hi there. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about working with people to them find peace, healing, and resolution in their life. I do not use a predetermined approach, but rather, I tailor the therapeutic experience to meet each individual's needs and treatment goals. Our goals will be centered around helping you establish coping skills and building up your confidence to overcome life's challenges - I am here to support you becoming the best possible version of yourself.
The first session with me will involve an in depth discussion of your history and current daily struggles. We will also talk about the future and make plans for how things can be brighter for you.
My approach is to meet you where you are in life without judgement. I aim to offer genuine understanding and support. It's important to me that you feel heard and understood. As your therapist, I aim to empower you by helping you build confidence and self agency. I enjoy finding humor and laughing when appropriate. I encourage and welcome your feedback - I want to make sure you are growing and meeting goals.
I specialize in working with adults who struggle with symptoms of ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Often, these symptoms can negatively impact relationships, career performance, and daily functioning in ways that cause frustration and overwhelm, making us feel like there is no way out. We will work together to help you establish healthy coping skills, reduce problematic behaviors, and find your way out!!
