Do you feel overwhelmed by completing daily tasks, experience excessive worry, or feel irritable and easily provoked by frustration? Do you having feelings of impending doom, persistent sadness or tearfulness, loneliness, and/or loss of interest in activities that you previously enjoyed? Is it difficult for you to communicate effectively? Do you struggle with establishing healthy boundaries? Are you a people pleaser who often finds yourself saying yes when you would rather say no? Do you experience difficulty with completing tasks, procrastination, and find yourself primarily motivated by deadlines? Do you have challenges with forgetfulness, decision-making, racing thoughts, and being absentminded? Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and I am passionate about working with adults to help them find peace, healing, and resolution in their lives. I do not use a predetermined approach, but rather, I tailor the therapeutic experience to each individual patient's needs and treatment goals. If you choose me as your provider, I will ask you during our initial session any specific goals you hope to accomplish by coming to therapy. My goals for you will include helping you build coping skills and find resolution to daily life challenges - I want to help you be the best possible version of yourself.
The first session involves a discussion of your history, background, and daily struggles. We will also discuss the future, make plans for how the future can look brighter, and set goals for what you want to accomplish and skills you wish to build.
My goal is to meet you where you are in life. I aim to offer genuine understanding and support. It is vital that you feel heard and understood. I encourage and welcome your feedback - I want to make sure you are benefitting from therapy and meeting desired goals.
I specialize in working with adults who struggle to cope with symptoms of ADHD, depression, and anxiety. Often, these symptoms negatively impact relationships, work, and daily functioning - together, we can work to establish healthy coping skills and reduce problematic behaviors.
