Some individuals experience relief after a few sessions of EMDR. While others may take months, depending on their particular concern.

Dr. Black has worked in the mental health field for over ten years. She has worked in a variety of settings such as: in-home; in the community; at an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP); and schools. Her background in these fields have given her a unique viewpoint. The Navy played a vital role in her life, therefore, she understands the military lifestyle. She provides a place of trust where her military families can express their thoughts and feelings unapologetically.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
