LMFT, 3 years of experience
New to Grow
For the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate life’s many challenges. I use an eclectic approach, which simply means I pull from different types of therapy models depending on what fits each person best. No two people are the same, so together we’ll find tools and approaches that work for your life and goals. Sometimes that looks like building new coping skills, sometimes it’s unpacking trauma, and sometimes it’s just having a space where you can fully be yourself. My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where clients feel truly heard, seen and understood. Together, we can explore patterns, uncover strengths, and build strategies for lasting change. I believe therapy is not just about addressing struggles, it’s about cultivating growth, resilience, and self-discovery. If you’re ready to take that step, I’d be honored to walk with you on the journey.
Making the decision to start therapy can be a big step and the first session can be nerve-racking. If you've made it to my space I am happy you are here. I know that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, so my goal is to make therapy a safe, comfortable space where you feel understood and never judged. In our first session we will start to get to know one another by exploring your motivation for therapy and goals for our work together. I will review confidentiality, answer any questions you may have and discuss your expectations for your therapeutic journey.
I strive to be authentic, compassionate and committed to understanding your experience. My goal is to provide genuine care for my clients. I have a strong trauma-informed background and specialize in EMDR.
I am passionate about helping people who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, tough life transitions, or simply maneuvering life’s many difficulties. My goal is to incorporate solution-focused and person-centered therapy to best serve my clients by allowing them to take an active role in their treatment. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a trauma resolution technique designed to alleviate distress associated with traumatic memories.
I am EMDR certified and use EMDR to treat anything from anxiety to PTSD.
I utilize goal-oriented CBT techniques to help clients recognize connections of their thoughts, emotions and behaviors, then work to change unhelpful patterns.
I utilize ERP to help clients gradually face feared thoughts, situations, or sensations and decrease discomfort and increase tolerance for their fears.
I utilize mindful-based techniques to encourage clients to be present and nonjudgmental of their experiences.
I use psychoeducation to help clients understand their experiences, symptoms, and treatment in a clear, empowering way.
