In our first session together, here's what you can expect

First sessions typically consist of Introductions (who we each are) and how/what is currently going on now. After that, we generally spend a bit of time exploring how things got to where they currently are now and then move on to what we can do about it.

Making clear progress with whatever issue you are dealing with can often be challenging and I understand how difficult things can be at times. Dru is easy to talk with, is understanding, and is not judgmental. He is motivated to reassure and work with you cope with a variety of challenges.
