Hi, I'm Tara! I provide teletherapy for young adults who want to learn skills for navigating relationship issues and managing anxiety and stress. Virtual therapy offers the convenience of prioritizing your mental health, even with a busy schedule. I help my clients build self-esteem, cultivate confidence, and work through relationship challenges, empowering them to become their best selves. Life transitions can be overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone. Therapy can provide the support and guidance you deserve.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, I like to learn about why a client is starting therapy. We will then get to know each other more and get comfortable working together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I tend to be more relaxed in the therapy approach. I am personable and nonjudgmental and I feel like my modern approach to therapy is relaxed and helps my clients feel more at ease.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by a life transition, relationship challenges, or the pressures of modern life? I provide support to college students, young adults, parents, and other adults, including mothers, who are seeking positive change. Using CBT, a goal-oriented therapy, I help clients develop the skills and confidence to navigate these challenges. Many clients initially reach out during difficult times like breakups or the transition from college to adulthood. Common concerns include anxiety, stress, overthinking, comparison to others, negative self-talk, and low self-confidence. Together, we can work towards building a more fulfilling future.
