In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In the first session, we will get to know each other style and preference. I will ask open ended and directive questions to help lead you to toward your outcome goals. I will assess for safety and will create a safety plan with you if needed.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As my greatest strengths as a provider, I am open and warm.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I served clients who are open and willing to work through emotions, thought patterns, and negative cognition that prevent them from living a life that they desire. If you're ready to make changes, please connect with me.
EMDR
I utilize EMDR as a therapeutic approach to help individuals process trauma and or negative emotions through guided eye movement and or bilateral stimulation.
Attachment-based
I utilize attachment-based therapy to help individuals understand and empathize the importance of early relationships, that include bond between child and their primary caregiver in shaping emotional development and behavior. Through understanding the individual internal working model- belief about self and others, shaped by early attachment experience.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Through CBT this therapeutic approach can help individuals understand develop healthier thinking patterns, coping strategies and behaviors.

I wish I could pick more than 2 tags for her style, but these two are the first that come to mind. It is so healing and validating to work with someone who not only understands my conditions, but is truly empathetic and capable of offering realistic solutions and methods for progress 🥰
