In our first session, we’ll take time to explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and goals, while creating a space that feels safe, respectful, and judgment-free. We’ll begin identifying strengths, support systems, and areas for growth, and I’ll introduce therapeutic approaches—like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy—that can guide our work together. You don’t need to have everything figured out; we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
