I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience, providing compassionate, evidence-based care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and client centered, focused on building a safe supportive space where individuals feel heard and empowered to create meaningful change. I draw from a variety of treatment, modalities, including cognitive, behavioral therapy, acceptance, and commitment, therapy, g0nny, t, processing therapy, and mindfulness based therapy and supportive interventions. I’m passionate about helping clients build coping skills, strength, and self-awareness, and move towards greater resilience, balance, and well-being.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and begin building a therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hoped to gain from our time together. I will ask questions about your background, support system, and any previous therapy or treatment experiences to help me understand your needs. We will also review important information such as confidentiality and session structure. Together, we will Begin setting goals and identifying your best treatment approaches. The first session is a safe, judgment, free space where you can share at your own pace.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths as a clinician include building, strong, trusted relationships, and creating a safe, supportive environment, where clients feel understood and empowered. I bring empathy, active, listening, and strong, clinical judgment to my work, allowing me to effectively access needs and tailor interventions to each individual. My experience across inpatient and outpatient settings has strengthened my adaptability, collaboration, and ability to support clients through a wide range of challenges with compassion and professionalism.

My experience was supportive treatment and behavioral health therapy centers on creating a safe, empathetic, and collaborative environment, where clients feel heard and validated. I use supportive therapy to help individual strengthen coping skills, enhance self-esteem, and build resilience and managing stressors or symptoms. My approach to mindfulness based therapy focuses on increasing present moment, awareness and acceptance. I helped clients observe thoughts and emotions without judgment, reduce stress, and build skills for emotional regulation and overall well-being.
