(He/His)
I'm a trauma informed therapist who specializes in helping individuals untangle the mental loops that drive anxiety, shame, and emotional pain. Using evidence based approaches like C.B.T., narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and humanistic therapy, I work to resolve the root preoccupations that fragment the self. By helping people get unstuck, they can fully reclaim their clarity, power, and recombined self.
Our first session is about understanding what’s been occupying your mind and what’s not working anymore. I’ll ask questions to get a sense of your history, current patterns, and your goals, but we’ll move at your pace. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s driving your symptoms and what direction we can take together.
I focus on clearing the mental clutter that keeps you from being fully present and whole. My work is deep, direct, and practical. I don’t waste time and I don’t rely on surface-level techniques. I help clients make meaningful shifts quickly by getting to the emotional drivers behind their symptoms and reframing the stories that no longer serve them.
I work best with people who feel mentally hijacked, whether by trauma, substance use, grief, or constant overthinking. If you're self-aware, motivated (even a little), and ready to face what’s under the surface, I can help you get clarity, reclaim agency, and reconnect with who you are beyond the noise.
Humanistic therapy underpins my relational style. I prioritize authenticity, unconditional positive regard, and the client’s innate capacity for growth. I use it to build deep trust and safety, especially in work that explores grief, identity, and existential concerns.
I use CBT to help clients identify and challenge distorted thinking that fuels emotional distress. Through structured exercises and behavioral experiments, we develop more adaptive thought patterns and coping strategies. It's highly effective for anxiety, depression, and trauma.
MI is foundational in my work with ambivalence and behavior change. I use it to evoke clients’ intrinsic motivation by exploring their values and resolving resistance in a collaborative, nonjudgmental way. It combines well with harm reduction and stages of change.
I use narrative therapy to help clients separate themselves from problem-saturated stories. I guide them in re-authoring their experiences with a focus on resilience, values, and meaning. It’s especially useful for clients struggling with shame, trauma, or identity concerns.
