New to Grow
I know taking that first step to enter into therapy can often be difficult. I am here to empower you and give you the tools and skills needed to improve your quality of life as well as provide you with a safe, empathetic place to do so. I work with a very wide array of diagnoses including Borderline Personality Disorder, substance use disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and more. I have been practicing for 10 years and specialize in trauma informed care, mood disorders, and crisis intervention. I am a certified Dialectical Behavior Therapist and will use those skills to help you live a life of fulfillment. I will work with you throughout the entire process.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session together will entail getting to know each other, discussing what led you to seek therapy, discussing prior treatment and what worked/didn't work, discussing your treatment goals, and discussing anything that you feel is holding you back. We will begin treatment planning in the next session. I use a collaborative approach to therapy, meaning we will work together to determine your goals and throughout each step of therapy. Your feelings are valid and you will be seen, heard, validated, and understood in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Goals are broken down into step-by-step formats to ensure they can be reached, together.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
As a Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)–trained, trauma-informed clinician and addictions specialist, I bring a grounded, evidence-based approach to supporting clients through even their most challenging moments. My background in crisis intervention allows me to respond with calm, clarity, and effective strategies when clients feel overwhelmed or unsure of their next steps. I have a strong track record of empowering individuals to build lives that feel meaningful and aligned with their values. I specialize in teaching practical skills—such as emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and effective communication—that help clients navigate intense feelings, improve relationships, and regain a sense of control. I consistently see clients make significant progress as they learn to manage difficult emotions, break old patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, respected, and capable of growth. By combining structured skill-building with compassion and curiosity, I help clients move toward greater resilience, confidence, and long-term well-being.

Trauma Informed Care
Many of us have been through traumas we had no control over and as a result our quality of life has suffered greatly. While we cannot control the hands we were dealt, we can take our power back and learn to control how we feel, respond, think, behave, and live.
