Hi there! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting teens, adults, and families. I provide a warm, compassionate space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported. My goal is to help you heal from past wounds, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and build a more hopeful outlook on life. I strive to create a safe space where we can explore the experiences that shape you, and strengthen your ability to navigate everyday stressors with confidence and clarity. Whether you’re experiencing major life challenges or simply need someone to walk alongside you, I’m here to help you find healing and balance.
In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, goals, and what’s been weighing on you lately, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, supported, and heard from the very start. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan that feels realistic and tailored to your needs.
I focus on creating a safe, open space where you cans how up exactly as you are. My approach blends compassion with gentle challenge-helping you explore what’s beneath the surface while also finding practical ways to feel better day to day. I help clients make sense of their experiences while also developing concrete tools for change. Using CBT, person-centered, and trauma-informed techniques, I guide clients to challenge limiting beliefs, strengthen emotional resilience, and rediscover a sense of hope and direction.
I specialize in working with individuals who are motivated to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a meaningful way. I’m able to effectively support clients who are seeking not just relief from symptoms, but also a deeper understanding of themselves and the patterns that shape their lives.
