New to Grow
My practice is for those unable to experience joy and move forward in daily life due to current life transitions or previous traumatic events. There is a way out of the darkness and a path to peace. Together we can find it. Using EMDR and other therapies, I will walk with you as we sift the past and find a life of rest and resolve.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
I offer you a relationship of safety and trust. I am honored to begin the process of healing and growth with you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and other modalities to meet the needs of individual clients.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with individuals who are struggling with life transitions, such as marital changes, spousal abandonment, divorce, career changes, and loss of loved ones. My clients may have experienced types of trauma—from minor traumatic events to long-term maltreatment. I help clients build coping skills and set personal goals that are achievable and empowering. I help adults, teens, and children work through debilitating memories and cope with difficult emotions.
