I am a licensed therapist in Massachusetts dedicated to supporting individuals through life's complex emotional landscapes. My practice centers on helping clients navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and significant life transitions. I specialize in addressing a wide range of personal experiences, including social anxiety, relationship dynamics, and women's mental health issues. My therapeutic approach is compassionate and collaborative, focusing on empowering clients to develop deeper self-understanding and resilience. I work closely with individuals experiencing diverse challenges, from young adults facing identity questions to those managing mood disorders, relationship difficulties, and personal growth obstacles. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate meaningful personal transformation. My goal is to help you build stronger self-connection, overcome barriers, and move toward a more fulfilling life journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, there’s no need to feel intimidated—we’ll take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We will discuss your current challenges and your goals for the future. I strive to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you are free to express yourself openly. I may ask questions to better understand you, and you are always welcome to share if something feels uncomfortable at any point. Together, we will identify goals that align with your life and values. Life gets busy, yet you are worth it! Each session will include time to reflect on how the session felt, as well as practical strategies or exercises to work on between sessions. Any “homework” will be tailored to your individual needs and lifestyle ensuring it feels realistic and supportive rather than overwhelming.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use an eclectic approach to therapy, recognizing that no two individuals grow in the same way or move through life with the same experiences. Our unique backgrounds and perspectives shape how we understand ourselves and the world around us. Because change and growth look different for everyone, progress may also look different—and that is okay. I believe you are worthy of the time, effort, and care you invest in your life. You matter, and your growth is important.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am deeply passionate about supporting clients as they navigate life’s difficult moments, while also taking time to recognize and celebrate progress along the way. I believe that progress is meaningful at every stage and that growth does not follow a single timeline. I value transparency, honesty, and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship, and I strive to create a supportive space where challenges, setbacks, and successes can be explored openly. I view setbacks as opportunities for learning and growth and aim to walk alongside my clients through both the ups and downs. I have professional experience working in school settings with adolescents ages 11–18, supporting them through a wide range of life challenges and developmental experiences. I also have experience working with military families, helping them navigate the unique stressors related to daily life, transitions, and deployments. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship or connection concerns, adjusting to a difficult life situation, or are unsure where to begin, I am committed to meeting you where you are. Together, we can work toward building insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have been using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for four years, ranging from use with children to adults. With the use of CBT, we connect your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Attachment-based

I have been utilizing Attachment-Based Therapy for two years. Attachment-Based Therapy explores your experiences that affected early attachment, or the bonds that developed between you and your early care givers, in order to resolve the resulting feelings, thoughts, communications, and behaviors that you may have adopted as avoidant coping mechanisms.
