Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know one another and establish rapport. A full assessment will be conducted so I can learn what your goals are for therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe my biggest strength is that I am very empathetic. I always show unconditional positive regard and value the connection between two people working together toward a common goal. If this is the piece you have been missing to live optimally, well you have already made it this far on your healing journey! I invite you to contact me so I can better understand you, your strengths and your needs.

My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I find adding elements of IFS to be extremely helpful in people's therapeutic process.

Somatic

The nervous system must be regulated through somatic work in order to heal. People are not able to heal unless a sense of safety is established and the nervous system is brought into a state of homeostasis.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is one of the most well-researched interventions and is usually incorporated into my work with people.

EMDR

EMDR is helpful for trauma, anxiety disorders spectrum, and many other issues.

Christina has helped me in so many ways. Seeing her has changed my life. She has helped me open up and work on my trauma with kindness, gentleness, and compassion. So often, I have dismissed my trauma because “others have/had it worse”. She has helped recognize so much and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to unpack the things that are no longer serving their growth. Make the time for her and see your life bloom bit by bit.

Christina is very knowledgeable and solution oriented. She offers many therapy tools and methods that can be applied both in therapy and outside of therapy through constant self-practice. She is very inquisitive and reiterates her interpretation to ensure clarity and understanding between herself and her patients. She continually checks in with her patient's emotional state after trying new therapeutic practices and has detailed notes she shares to reflect upon with the patient. Very helpful!
