Hi there! My name is Christina and I am Certified in Neuropsychotherapy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in NC and MI, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I'm also IFS and EMDR informed. My life's work has been dedicated to helping individuals realize their true potential while eliminating barriers to their personal growth. This includes finding meaning/purpose and fulfillment in life, improving self-image, and repairing interpersonal relationships through healthy attachment patterns. I specialize in complex trauma, anxiety, stress, interpersonal relationships, self-worth, and depression. I am very passionate about working with individuals who identify somewhere on the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.
Our first session will be an opportunity to get to know one another and establish rapport. A full assessment will be conducted so I can learn what your goals are for therapy.
I believe my biggest strength is that I am very empathetic. I always show unconditional positive regard and value the connection between two people working together toward a common goal. If this is the piece you have been missing to live optimally, well you have already made it this far on your healing journey! I invite you to contact me so I can better understand you, your strengths and your needs.

Christina has been a tremendous support for me for a year and a half now. She has helped me navigate many, many new chapters and challenges in my life. She doesn't act to be someone who knows all the answers; instead, she makes it a point to empower ME to find the answers within myself and to make change in my own life. I have been in therapy going on a decade now, and she is the best therapist I have ever had.

I have gained something from every appointment, a new skill or a better outlook and im not very good at talking about emotions and feelings but she does a fantastic job of helping me understand myself.
I find adding elements of IFS to be extremely helpful in people's therapeutic process.
The nervous system must be regulated through somatic work in order to heal. People are not able to heal unless a sense of safety is established and the nervous system is brought into a state of homeostasis.
CBT is one of the most well-researched interventions and is usually incorporated into my work with people.
EMDR is helpful for trauma, anxiety disorders spectrum, and many other issues.
