My treatment methods

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I find adding elements of IFS to be extremely helpful in people's therapeutic process.

Somatic

The nervous system must be regulated through somatic work in order to heal. People are not able to heal unless a sense of safety is established and the nervous system is brought into a state of homeostasis.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is one of the most well-researched interventions and is usually incorporated into my work with people.

EMDR

EMDR is helpful for trauma, anxiety disorders spectrum, and many other issues.

I struggle heavily with being vulnerable and open with people, which is one of the main reasons I wanted to pursue therapy. I've tried therapy in the past and haven't found a provider I clicked with and felt I could trust. From our first session, Christina was so welcoming and warm; she has a judgement free and empathetic air about her which made opening up much easier. She's so wise and is able to help me understand complex feelings and emotions and is always ready to pivot if requested. 10/10

Christina has helped me in so many ways. Seeing her has changed my life. She has helped me open up and work on my trauma with kindness, gentleness, and compassion. So often, I have dismissed my trauma because “others have/had it worse”. She has helped recognize so much and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking to unpack the things that are no longer serving their growth. Make the time for her and see your life bloom bit by bit.
