It is within my belief that each of us has the ability to “EMBRACE CHANGE” set new goals and create a life of happiness within. We all have hopes and dreams and with gentle guidance and education, we can set small goals and accomplish anything we set our minds to. My focus in working with each patient is to help manifest positive emotions and to move toward a rich meaningful, successful lifestyle. I have been in practice since 2009 serving adults, children, teens, couples and families. My focus is on enhancing the well-being of those with Addiction, disabilities, Anxiety and depression as well as trauma. My work is based on mindfulness practice, cognitive behavioral therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Emotion Focused therapy and changing the “Self Dialogue”. I believe that as a society we need to “EMBRACE CHANGE” instead of running in “FEAR” as fear is FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL

My biggest strengths are being able to get to the roots of issues slowly and gently with patience and understanding and meeting you where you are at.I believe in education versus lecturing! I use a kolodisciope perspective.
