My biggest strengths are being able to get to the roots of issues slowly and gently with patience and understanding and meeting you where you are at.I believe in education versus lecturing! I use a kolodisciope perspective.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In my clinical practice I use cbt to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and problems in unwanted behaviors that contribute to emotional distress.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

In my practice, I use acceptance and commitment therapy to help clients build psychological flexibility by learning to accept difficult emotions, rather than avoiding them.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I incorporate mindfulness based therapy to help clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations in the present moment by fostering non-judgmental observation and acceptance Clients learn to respond to stressors with increased clarity and mindfulness practice, such as breathing exercises, grounding, guided meditation mental health and nutrition and integrative support for emotional regulation, which reduce anxiety and enhance overall well-being.
