The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I have been providing therapy for the last 10 years and have dedicated myself to continue to attend trainings to better myself and the therapy I provided to the community that I serve.
Brainspotting
Brainspotting is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on accessing and processing unprocessed trauma and emotional experiences. It is based on the premise that the body stores traumatic memories in specific areas of the brain, which can be accessed through eye movements and other bodily sensation. This method allows for the client to enter thier healing journey in whatever way that means for them. I am just here to create a safe space for the client in a therapeutic way.
EMDR
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a trauma-focused psychotherapy that uses bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, tapping, or alternating sounds, to help the brain process traumatic memories.By activating the brain's natural healing process, EMDR helps resolve negative emotions, beliefs, and sensations tied to past experiences, leading to healthier behaviors and interactions.
Attachment-based
Attachment-based therapy (ABT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on the early attachment relationships between individuals and their caregivers. It aims to help individuals develop secure and trusting relationships by addressing issues related to attachment patterns that may have been formed in childhood.

She was lovely, and I got to really talk about what I was feeling when I struggled with what to say or anything like that. She gave me more direct questions to help me because that's what I liked. She reassured me, and we did something really cool. I can't remember what it was called, but I really got to sit and focus on my specific things. I felt calm and like I was ready to be more excited and present in my amazing job, which i have been looking for. She was fantastic!
