Brainspotting is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on accessing and processing unprocessed trauma and emotional experiences. It is based on the premise that the body stores traumatic memories in specific areas of the brain, which can be accessed through eye movements and other bodily sensation. This method allows for the client to enter thier healing journey in whatever way that means for them. I am just hear to create a safe space for the client to in a therapeutic way.
EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a trauma-focused psychotherapy that uses bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, tapping, or alternating sounds, to help the brain process traumatic memories.By activating the brain's natural healing process, EMDR helps resolve negative emotions, beliefs, and sensations tied to past experiences, leading to healthier behaviors and interactions.
Attachment-based therapy (ABT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on the early attachment relationships between individuals and their caregivers.
