About me

Chronic pain can feel like an unending alarm that you can’t turn off - something that demands your attention no matter how hard you try to ignore it. I understand that struggle deeply, because I experienced it myself. After years of searching for relief, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) helped me overcome chronic pain and reclaim my life. Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same. PRT helps the brain unlearn pain responses by addressing the neural pathways that keep pain signals active, even after the body has healed. Together, we’ll work to retrain your brain’s response to pain, reduce fear, and restore your confidence in your body. In 15 sessions or less, clients often begin to experience meaningful relief and renewed hope. Whether your pain is linked to a medical diagnosis or seems unexplainable, there is a path forward. You’ve tried so many things already and it’s time for something that truly focuses on the mind-body connection and lasting change. In 15 sessions or less, let me offer hope, and a way out. You have been ignored, gaslighted, and drained of your cash over many years of unsuccessful remedies for your pain. Pain Reprocessing Therapy targets learned neural pathways in the brain, and reverses them. If you have a diagnosed or suspected mental health condition, PRT is still effective.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We’ll begin with a warm introduction and discuss the specific challenges you’ve been facing. This initial conversation helps me create a personalized plan tailored to your symptoms and goals, so we can move forward with clarity and direction.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I get results. I bring both personal understanding and professional training to help you find relief from pain. My style is supportive, collaborative, and results-oriented. Together, we’ll systematically address the mental and emotional patterns that contribute to pain, while building tools for resilience and long-term well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with individuals who are living with chronic pain or health-related conditions that have affected their daily life, mood, or sense of joy. If you’ve felt dismissed or discouraged by other treatments, I want to offer you renewed hope and a clear, compassionate path toward healing.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy. It may help you to change unhelpful or unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling and behaving. CBT uses practical self-help strategies. These are designed to immediately improve your quality of life. CBT can be an effective way to treat depression and anxiety.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

CPT is a cognitive-behavioral treatment for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). CPT was developed in the late 1980s and has been shown to be effective in reducing PTSD symptoms related to a variety of traumatic events including child abuse, combat, rape and natural disasters.

Faith based therapy

I understand the important role the Bible can play in guiding the behavior of my clients and the value of faith in helping people through crises.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a short-term goal-focused evidence-based therapeutic approach, which incorporates positive psychology principles and practices, and which helps clients change by constructing solutions rather than focusing on problems.

Somatic

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is a system of psychological techniques that retrains the brain to interpret and respond to signals from the body properly, subsequently breaking the cycle of chronic pain. Pain Reprocessing Therapy has five main components: 1) education about the brain origins and reversibility of pain, 2) gathering and reinforcing personalized evidence for the brain origins and reversibility of pain, 3) attending to and appraising pain sensations through a lens of safety, 4) addressing other emotional threats, and 5) gravitating to positive feelings and sensations.
