I am a licensed therapist in Massachusetts with experience supporting individuals across diverse settings, including outpatient counseling, correctional environments, and medication-assisted treatment programs. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, substance use, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as DBT and mindfulness. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for my approach. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable, and by the end of the session, we will begin identifying goals and next steps.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is both compassionate and action oriented. I help clients better understand the root of their challenges while also equipping them with practical strategies for emotional regulation, stress management, and behavior change. Clients often share that they feel both supported and gently challenged in our work, which leads to meaningful and lasting progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and relationship challenges. I also support individuals managing substance use concerns or working toward recovery. I am particularly well positioned to help clients who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we focus on building practical coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

My treatment methods

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

In my practice, I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as a structured, skills-based approach to help clients who struggle with emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, interpersonal conflict, and distress tolerance. My experience with DBT includes both formal training and direct clinical application with individuals experiencing mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, substance use, self-harming behaviors, and personality disorders.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

In my practice, I incorporate a mindfulness-based approach to help clients develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences without judgment. Mindfulness supports clients in slowing down automatic reactions and creating space for intentional responses rather than impulsive or avoidant behaviors.
