Our first session together is for me to get to know you and evaluate any conditions that are affecting your life. We can create a plan together to fit your lifestyle and hopefully improve your life.

My ideal client is someone who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health challenges and is open to exploring these issues in a safe and supportive environment. They are committed to personal growth, willing to engage in therapeutic processes, and motivated to make positive changes in their lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
We will look at negative thought processes and how we can alter thinking to a more positive and potentially realistic aspect to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Let's review how you are feeling and how that changes your body. We will experience and feel your emotions allowing us to find deeper causes and meaning behind what you do and why you feel the way you do. You deserve to be heard.
