Life can look totally fine on the outside, even when it feels heavy or overwhelming on the inside. If you’re the one holding everything together but feeling anxious, burned out, or disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to do it alone. I work with adults who are tired of just pushing through and are ready for real support. In therapy, I show up as a real person first—someone who gets that life is messy, timelines aren’t perfect, and stress and self-doubt are part of being human. As both a licensed therapist and a U.S. Air Force Veteran, I understand pressure, responsibility, and what it’s like to always be the “strong one.” My style is warm, steady, and honest. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We’ll take things one step at a time—making sense of what’s been weighing on you and building simple, practical tools you can actually use in everyday life to feel calmer and more grounded. I especially love working with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or stretched thin by work, relationships, caregiving, or big life changes. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about finding relief, understanding patterns, and creating changes that feel doable and sustainable. This is a space where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself. I currently have daytime openings this week for adults who are ready for support now. If therapy has been on your mind, this might be the right time to take that step.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Therapy with me begins with conversation—not pressure or expectations. I offer a space where clients can move at their own pace, whether they come in ready to talk or need time to settle in and feel comfortable. Through thoughtful, gentle questions, I focus on understanding what’s bringing them to therapy and what kind of support would feel most helpful right now. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership. Clients don’t have to figure things out on their own; I help them feel seen, supported, and grounded as we work together to create a clear, manageable plan that fits their life and capacity. My aim is to foster meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels steady, respectful, and sustainable.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

With nearly a decade of experience working with adults, I welcome referrals for individuals seeking thoughtful, supportive therapy during times of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm. While I have particular experience supporting women and Veterans, my work is grounded in meeting each client where they are and honoring the unique context of their lives. I offer a therapeutic space focused on clarity, stability, and meaningful growth. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight of balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. For Veterans, this may also include adjusting to civilian life, processing service-related experiences, navigating hypervigilance or moral injury, and reconnecting with purpose beyond service. At the same time, I support a wide range of adults who may not identify with these experiences but are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. Clients are met without pressure or judgment and supported in feeling safe, understood, and steady as we explore what’s beneath the surface. Together, we identify patterns, beliefs, and past experiences that continue to influence present-day functioning. Whether clients are managing chronic stress, working through self-doubt, healing emotional wounds, or seeking stronger emotional regulation and self-trust, our work focuses on building practical strategies and sustainable change that fits their lives. Therapy is a space to set down what feels heavy, reconnect with oneself beyond roles or expectations, and move forward feeling more balanced, grounded, and supported. When clients are ready for care that is steady, respectful, and attuned, I welcome the opportunity to support their next step.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected—even when they’re unsure where to begin. Many clients reach out during periods when life feels heavier than usual, whether due to rising anxiety, emotional burnout, unresolved trauma, depressive symptoms, or major life transitions that have shaken their sense of stability or identity. I also have extensive experience supporting military Veterans as they navigate the emotional, relational, and identity challenges that can arise during or after service, including the transition to civilian life, processing high-stress experiences, and reconnecting with a sense of purpose beyond duty. Clients come to therapy for many different reasons. Some are ready to address long-standing patterns that no longer serve them, such as relationship dynamics, boundary struggles, self-criticism, or coping habits. Others are working to rebuild self-trust and confidence after difficult or discouraging experiences. Many simply arrive exhausted from carrying everything on their own and are seeking a space where they don’t have to be strong, composed, or “hold it together.” My role is to help clients slow down and better understand what’s happening beneath the surface—emotionally, mentally, and relationally. Together, we clarify what they want for their lives, explore the beliefs and patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and create a grounded, realistic path forward that feels both meaningful and achievable. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and practical. Our work blends compassion with clear, evidence-based strategies. We explore personal history and relational patterns, gently challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build effective tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and day-to-day coping that can be sustained outside of session. For Veterans, therapy often includes processing service-related experiences, navigating major transitions, strengthening relationships, and reclaiming identity beyond survival mode or constant responsibility. I approach this work with deep respect for lived experience and care tailored to each individual. Across all of my work, my goal is for clients to feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered—to have a steady space where they can show up as they are and know that it’s enough. I welcome referrals for adults and Veterans seeking thoughtful, grounded therapy and meaningful change. If you’re ready to take the next step with the right support, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, balance, and confidence.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a supportive and collaborative approach that helps you navigate life’s challenges by gently exploring and reshaping unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. CBT is a practical, empowering method that focuses on building real-life strategies you can use every day—both in and outside of therapy. Together, we’ll work to understand how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected, so you can feel more confident, resilient, and in control of your well-being.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

With over five years of experience providing Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I specialize in helping people who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, struggle in relationships, or just want better tools to handle life’s ups and downs. DBT is a powerful blend of acceptance and change, and in our work together, I’ll offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and empowered. You’ll learn practical, everyday skills to help you manage stress, communicate more effectively, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.

Trauma-Focused CBT

I offer Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a gentle, evidence-based approach that supports children, teens, and their caregivers in healing from the effects of trauma. TF-CBT provides a safe and nurturing space where young people can begin to process what they’ve been through, better understand their emotions, and learn healthy, effective ways to cope. This approach combines practical tools from cognitive behavioral therapy with gradual, supportive steps to reduce symptoms like anxiety, sadness, fear, and behavioral challenges. I work closely with both children and their caregivers—because healing happens best together—to help foster resilience, emotional growth, and lasting well-being.

Strength-Based

I offer Strength-Based Therapy, a supportive and empowering approach that focuses on what makes you strong, not just what’s been difficult. Together, we’ll explore your resilience, your inner resources, and the ways you’ve already grown through life’s challenges—often more than you realize. Instead of focusing on what’s “wrong,” we’ll look at what’s right and build from there. This kind of therapy helps you reconnect with your sense of identity, confidence, and purpose, offering a fresh and hopeful path toward healing and lasting change.
