LCSW, 14 years of experience
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a deep passion for holistic healing and mind-body approaches to emotional wellness. My work blends traditional psychotherapy with integrative methods like EFT, mindfulness, and energy-based practices to support each client’s unique path to healing. I offer a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace. I also speak German and am happy to offer sessions in German for those who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in their native language.
Our first session is an intake, which means I’ll ask a variety of questions to get to know you—your history, current challenges, strengths, and goals—while also giving you the opportunity to get to know me and how I work. Together, we’ll begin to build a foundation of trust and explore what treatment approach feels most supportive and effective for you. It’s a collaborative, compassionate space where your story and needs guide the process.
One of my greatest strengths is my ability to blend evidence-based practices with holistic, mind-body approaches to create a truly individualized experience for each client. I bring deep presence, intuition, and a grounded, compassionate energy to my work, which helps clients feel safe, seen, and supported. Many clients appreciate my integrative methods—such as EFT and mindfulness—which often lead to meaningful breakthroughs and lasting change.
I work best with individuals who are seeking meaningful change and are open to exploring both traditional and holistic approaches to healing. My ideal clients may be navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or life transitions, and are looking for deeper self-understanding, emotional balance, and personal growth. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about your inner world, I provide a supportive space to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I use Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) regularly in my practice to help clients regulate their nervous systems and reduce anxiety. Nine out of ten clients quickly connect with tapping and love how it calms them—many report feeling more grounded and emotionally balanced within minutes.
I regularly incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Clients appreciate its structured, goal-oriented approach, and many report increased self-awareness and a greater sense of control over their emotions and choices.
In my practice, I provide gender-affirming therapy as a supportive space for clients exploring or navigating their gender identity. My approach centers on affirmation, empowerment, and reducing distress, and clients often express deep relief at being seen, respected, and supported without judgment.
In my practice, I offer grief therapy to support clients through the complex emotions of loss, whether recent or long-standing. I create a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can process their grief at their own pace, and many find that acknowledging their pain in a supportive environment helps them gradually regain a sense of connection and meaning.
In my practice, I incorporate mindfulness-based therapy to help clients cultivate present-moment awareness and develop a non-judgmental relationship with their thoughts and emotions. Through guided mindfulness exercises and meditation practices, clients learn to break patterns of rumination and stress, fostering greater emotional balance and overall well-being.
