Hello, and welcome to Grow Therapy! I am Bonnie M. Tolkovsky, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I have been practicing for more than 10 years in the field. I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Georgia. I work with a broad range of mental health conditions and multiple populations, from children to the elderly.

After more than a decade of practice in the field of mental health treatment, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress. One of my greatest strengths as a provider is that I believe it is critical for the client to be part of their care plan - this helps you to feel empowered and more invested in your treatment.

I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to a broad range of concerns, from mood disorders, anxiety and depression to addiction and women's issues. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help enhance their overall quality of life.
