Parvin is a great lady to talk to. She hears me out, asks questions that seem to hit home, and offers solutions to help me break out of my old habits. I like that speaks directly and doesn't pedal around the truth.

I was searching for someone who appeared inviting along with a preferred minimum of experience as well as around my age. Ms. Jahanpanah fit my criteria and has thus far exceeded it. I appreciate her warmth, her upfront description of her therapy and look forward to continuing working together.

After looking through dozens of providers we chose Parvin for marriage counseling. Five stars is not a high enough rating for Parvin, she deserves 10! She is warm and calm, she focuses on positivity and solutions. When we started therapy with her, I thought it was a waste of time because I was never going to be at peace with my situation, and after about 3 months my whole perspective changed. Parvin is helping us repair our broken marriage, she has been detrimental to our progress and success.
As a therapist, I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients address and manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. CBT is a structured, goal-oriented approach that focuses on identifying negative thought patterns and replacing them with healthier, more constructive perspectives. In my practice, I use CBT techniques such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and exposure therapy to help clients cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I also incorporate homework assignments, journaling, and mindfulness exercises to reinforce therapy sessions.
