My name is Victoria, and I am a 31-year-old mental health professional with over 5.5 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have worked primarily with individuals experiencing moderate to severe mental health challenges, providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s needs. I have extensive experience conducting a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Culturally Focused Behavioral Therapy (CFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). In addition, I work closely with individuals who experience co-occurring disorders, supporting both mental health and substance use recovery in an integrated and collaborative way. I am deeply passionate about my work and find fulfillment in helping clients build insight, resilience, and practical skills to improve their quality of life. What I value most about my role is the opportunity to create meaningful change—walking alongside individuals as they work toward stability, growth, and long-term wellness. I strive to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and capable of achieving their goals

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I want to get to know you and to be open to this experience of therapy. Therapy can feel scary or overwhelming, but with me, I like to ease those feeling by allowing you to express yourself and emotions uninterrupted. It is so important to allow you to speak your mind and have someone listen to then assist with your needs. I want to help you obtain your goal but actively listening to your needs will assist with building a foundation. This foundation is key to success. Your success.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I work with adults navigating complex mental health and co-occurring challenges, using evidence-based, skills-focused therapy to support lasting change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in real-world tools that empower clients to move forward.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I would best serve adults experiencing mild to severe mental health challenges, particularly those who benefit from skills-based and therapeutic interventions. The individuals I have managed to serve include mood disorders (such as depression or bipolar disorder), those who experience anxiety-related disorders, trauma-related symptoms, or emotional dysregulation, those who struggle with co-occurring disorders, including substance use alongside mental health conditions, those who need support with behavioral change, emotional regulation, and coping skills and those who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about change but are open to therapeutic engagement. I am well-matched with clients who value collaboration and are willing to actively participate in therapy, even if they are initially ambivalent. My strength lies within helping individuals move from instability toward clarity, resilience, and long-term growth.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I work with individuals to identify negative thoughts and behaviors, understand their connection, challenge unhelpful patterns, and replace these thoughts/behaviors with healthier ones through practice techniques like thought record, problem-solving, and behavioral experiments. At times assigning homework in between sessions to practice the skills to challenge thinking and develop outlooks on life.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

Working with individuals to identify strengths, find times when problems aren’t happening, and envision a future solution rather than dwelling on the problems causes. Utilizing the Miracle Question, scaling questions and focusing on small achievable steps toward accomplishing your goals.
