I am known loving as “ Thee Hope Dealer” by those I serve. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as CEO and President of Free Mind Integrated Services LLC . I believe that my years in the trenches and overcoming some of life’s toughest battles gives me the fortitude to stand alongside you in your mission of finding your happiness. My team is passionate about the work that we do with our clients.
As the Lead Therapist at Free Mind Integrated Services LLC, I am currently at full capacity for individual clients. However, I am proud to lead and supervise a team of highly skilled, compassionate therapists who have immediate availability to support you. Each clinician under my supervision is trained to provide quality, client-centered care, ensuring you receive the same level of professionalism, empathy, and clinical excellence that defines our practice. While my individual caseload is full, I am actively facilitating virtual group sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. These groups focus on critical and transformative topics, including substance use, recovery, and suicidal ideation, providing a safe and supportive space for healing and connection. Once you are enrolled into the Free Mind portal, you will have access to our group session schedule. Feel free to register for any that speak to you. All services are offered remotely, allowing you to access care from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
My Greatest Strengths One of my biggest strengths as a therapist is my ability to connect with people and simply listen. I believe that even in therapy, a foundation of mutal respect and honesty are the building blocks for a healthy clinical relationship. I’m skilled at using a mix of approaches—like CBT, art therapy, vitamin education, and a holistic view of mental health—to meet each client where they are. I focus on building trust, empowering clients, and helping them gain practical tools to manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions. My Ideal Clients I work best with diverse clients, especially young adults, who are navigating life transitions, stress, or anxiety. I enjoy supporting people who are open to personal growth and looking for tools to better understand their emotions, improve their coping skills, and build confidence. My approach is creative and supportive, making space for clients from all backgrounds to feel heard and understood.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
“I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients notice and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I take a holistic approach, looking at their overall well-being—mind, body, and lifestyle—rather than just symptoms. I also bring in art therapy techniques, like drawing or creative exercises, to help clients express feelings they might not have words for. Combining CBT with art and a whole-person view makes sessions more engaging and helps clients build coping skills in a way that feels personal and supportive.”
