I offer my knowledge, honesty, and encouragement so that you can make choices, changes and self-discoveries to create and enhance your life. Ultimately you are the driver of your life, and I will offer a safe environment for you to get behind the wheel and take control of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have worked with a variety of populations, but within those different populations my approach doesn't change. I works in a holistic manner, offering a combination of traditional talk psychotherapy, art therapy, and other types of mind/body experiences. Whatever the therapeutic need is, my eclectic style can help meet those needs. My creative collaboration of approaches helps individuals focus on embracing each moment and each part of themselves, allowing more of an opportunity to grow in the human experience. I look forward to helping you bring a sense of adventure, balance and emotional well being into your life. I offer private breathwork sessions. A single breathwork session (120 min) can help you process an attachment to a situation. A series of sessions can offer you insight on stuck patterns, and old belief systems to allow you to make conscious changes in your life. The work will support an awakening to the truth of who you really are.

Building a connect is essential for a healthy therapeutic relationship. We will spend time getting into treatment expectations, background information, and exploring what brought you to therapy. It is important that both of us feel like we are a good fit.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am able to support individuals in accessing their subconscious through a creative outlet, whether that be through art, breathwork, or my use of language. Art highlights the same areas of your brain as dreaming. These areas don't hold up defense mechanisms, making them unfiltered and innocent. Using art along with other modalities in therapy can offer you a deeper perspective and unveil unconscious beliefs. I use 'art' as a term that describes something physical, but also as a way of approaching therapy. I may describe my thoughts and reflections in an artistic manner, or offer visualizations. Conscious Connected Breathwork (120 min session) supports us to clear unresolved issues, dissolve limiting beliefs and free ourselves from the unhealthy hold that some past events have on our lives. I offer couples counseling. The relationship becomes the couple, so we will work on bridging the connection between people, identify the values within the change, and work to get a deeper understanding of each other. Compassion and understanding is the key. **I do self pay for couples sessions.
