In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, I will do an initial assessment with you, in which I learn about your history and where you've been leading up to this point. We will set a long-term goal together, and determine the appropriate route to get us there moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths are being down-to-earth, authentic and honest. I am incredibly informal person which I think puts others at ease, and I will always (kindly) give you feedback to help you grow, even if that means telling you hard truths. I'm also extremely skills based, I love to teach and give you lots of tools!

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with people who care deeply about their lives and the people in them, but who often feel stuck carrying too much on their own. My ideal clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and usually the ones others turn to for support-but inside, they’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next. Many of them are navigating big changes, complicated relationships, or old patterns of self-doubt that they’re finally ready to let go of. The people I work best with are open to being honest with themselves, even when it’s messy. They don’t have to have it all figured out-they just need to be willing to show up and take the first step. My clients usually want to feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded. They want tools that actually work, space to be heard, and support in creating a life that feels aligned with who they really are.

My treatment methods

Mind-body approach

I use SO MANY different types of modalities in session, because it's not one size fits all. However, I think it's important to note that I ALWAYS subscribe to the mind/body approach, and will consistently be asking you to not only change the way you think, but become an expert in connecting with your body. If you're interested in learning or working with somatic (soma=body) therapy, I'd be a great match for you!
