I’ve been in the field for 8 years now and enjoy working alongside people with various backgrounds. My previous experience as a Kaiser therapist, community mental health and private practice allows me to better help my clients. I use mainly narrative, CBT, DBT and transformational evidence based techniques to work towards well being and growth. I also utilize supportive therapy.

In our first session together, we'll start with a brief introduction, and build rapport. Next, I dive into the specific challenge you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Her personality is warm and welcoming. She approaches your issues with solutions and information such as books exercises you can use. She's works with you from a resolution approach. She's very attentive to your feeling. She never makes you feel inadequate or like in the past my therapist talked more about her issues. Rather help me with mine. Stephanie is very respectful, kind and considerate about ones mental status.
